Celine Lombardi

Celine Lombardi studied bookbinding at the North Bennet Street School in Boston, MA and through working with private bookbinders in New York City. Currently she is a core bookbinding instructor at the Center for Book Arts in Manhattan; is the Chair of the New York chapter of the Guild of Book Workers; and has her own private studio in Brooklyn, NY. Her fine bindings have been exhibited in Boston, Chicago, London and New York. Her artist books and fine bindings are in library collections across the country. She contributed chapters to the recently published Bookforms, a comprehensive guide to bookbinding by the Center for Book Arts.
